The challenge to influence and make a difference
is one that Greg takes seriously.
Because of this, he delivers presentations that are customised
to your goals and outcomes.
There is no such thing as a 'one size fits all' presentation.
Greg spends considerable time before the day ensuring that
he fully understands what it is that you want and expect.
He arrives well before time to prepare, he stays well after
time to talk more.
New programs are being developed regularly. Here is a sample
of current topics.

Oh great! A presentation on being more responsible - just
what we all need.
Don't
leave yet, that's not what this is about. You already are
responsible. This presentation will show you just how responsible
you really are and how you can use that power.
Combining anecdotes and a interactive exercise, this presentation
shows how we all are responsible for the choices we make
and therefore for our actions, direction and ultimately,
our results.
This presentation can be tailored to audiences of any age
(it's not just kids who need to know about responsibility!).
Topic Duration 40 to 60 minutes

"Mr Kennedy encouraged the boys
to think about responsibilities
and the concept of cause and effect.
He used thought-provoking examples that were
relevant to the boys' experiences"

These days many leaders don't seem to have it.
There are many qualities that are desirable in a leader
but there is one essential element and without it the would-be
leader is sunk.
In this presentation the audience is put to work.
Taking apart the qualities of leadership we look at the
essentials and what to do if you don't have them.
The audience walks out with ideas that can be used immediately
and a clearer understanding of leadership.
Topic Duration 30 to 50 minutes
This can also be given as a workshop program for 90 minutes.
See the Training
section for more details of this workshop.

"Greg spoke with conviction and
authority and his speech was
very motivational.
I highly recommend Greg for
any future guest speaker engagements"

The Master of Ceremonies can make or break
a conference.
You need someone who is entertaining but not flippant,
flexible but not careless.
